You can email us by clicking here or call us at 417-929-1824. We are happy to help you every step of the way- from choosing a muffler to giving you personal installation advice.

How much is shipping?

We offer several shipping options at checkout, including FREE economy shipping in the continental United States. Free economy shipments are usually delivered within 7 to 14 business after being shipped. We almost always use USPS Parcel Select for Economy Shipping, but we may use UPS at our discretion. Paid shipping tiers are delivered faster and are handled with priority by us. If you live outside the continental United States and would like a quote, or if you have questions about shipping, you can contact us.

How long will it take to get my muffler?

Shipments usually arrive within 7 business of the order date, and often arrive in less than 3 days. If you are interested in expedited shipping, you can Contact Us.

Do you ship outside of the continental United States?

Yes, but you must Contact Us directly for shipping rates.

What is your return policy?

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We will issue your refund after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

What models do you offer?

We currently offer:

The "Signature Series" which comes in 2 Versions. Both versions have the same sound:

Signature Series Elite: Stainless case, seamless ends, and a limited lifetime warranty.
Signature Series Premium: Aluminized steel case, and a limited 5 year warranty.

The "Hot Tamale", which has a louder (but still refined) sound. The current version of the Hot Tamales have a stainless case and a limited lifetime warranty.

Will Paradox Performance Mufflers Work On My Vehicle?

Our universal mufflers fit virtually any vehicle with 3.00" diameter pipe or smaller if installed by a professional muffler shop or fabricator.

We designed our mufflers to perform excellently on:

Most stock/unmodified vehicles of all engine types.
Most modified V8s up to 600 horsepower.

Without extra sound control, our current models may not be enough for:

Engines producing 600+ horsepower.
Supercharged vehicles.
Heavily tuned/ultra modified 4 and 6 cylinders.

Why don't you offer more direct-fit kits?

We have chosen to focus our efforts on versatile, high quality universal mufflers rather than kits for specific vehicles. We are a small family business, and we have decided to prioritize excellent customer service and tech support. How loud/quiet are Paradox Performance Mufflers?

Our Signature Series mufflers are moderately loud, and our Hot Tamale mufflers are extra loud. Please see the chart below:

Can the necks be clamped/welded?

We recommend welding the inlets/outlets. However, they may also be clamped with a "band" (AKA "lap joint") exhaust clamp and a liberal amount of muffler cement. NOTE: Due to the extra thick metal used in our mufflers, we do NOT recommend traditional "saddle" (AKA "U Bolt") clamps.
