Returns Policy
Customers in the USA may return any item, opened or unopened, within 60 days for a full refund if...
- The item(s) have not been installed (welded or clamped).
- The item(s) does not show visible signs of use (e.g. clamp marks).
- The item(s) have not been altered in any way.
We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item).
We will issue your refund after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping
We offer several shipping options at checkout, including FREE economy shipping in the continental United States. Free economy shipments are usually delivered within 5 to 14 business after being shipped. We almost always use USPS Parcel Select for Economy Shipping, but we may use UPS at our discretion.
Paid shipping tiers are delivered faster and are handled with priority by us.
