Shipping

We offer several shipping options at checkout, including FREE Economy Shipping in the continental United States.

We currently ship to the US, Canada, and Australia.

All shipping times shown are estimates, not guarantees. UPS or USPS delays are beyond our control.

Economy Free Shipping:

Orders with Economy Free Shipping are usually delivered within 7 to 14 days. We almost always use USPS Ground Advantage for Economy Free Shipping, but very rarely we may use UPS.

Free Economy Shipping is only available in the continental United States.

Paid Shipping (United States):

Paid shipping orders are handled with priority by us.

  • We aim to ship "Next Day" orders in 0-1 business days and almost always ship in less than 1 business day.
  • We aim to ship UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail orders in 0-2 business days, and usually ship in less than 1 business day.
    • UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail usually arrive 2-4 business days after they ship.

Canada and Australia:

  • We aim to ship Canada and Australia orders in 0-2 business days and usually ship in less than 1 business day.
  • Duty and tax will NOT be paid by us and will be collected by the carrier upon import.
  • Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Return Policy

If your item is under warranty and is defective as defined by our warranties, please ignore this section and read our warranty policies.

Customers in may return any item for any reason, opened or unopened, within 60 days if...

  • The item(s) have not been installed (welded or clamped).
  • The item(s) does not show visible signs of use (e.g. clamp marks, soot).
  • The item(s) have not been altered in any way.

For returns not due to our error, we will issue a full refund less the cost of return shipping and a $15 restocking fee (after we receive the item and it passes a quick inspection).

USA Customers: If the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item). We will issue a full refund or exchange, and also pay return shipping costs.
